In almost all alarm monitoring conversions, we can switch your security alarm panel monitoring into our 24 hour emergency center using our DIGITAL DIVERTER. The Digital Diverter will "switch" the alarm reporting from the existing alarm centers programmed phone number to our toll free alarm reporting number.
We also offer downloading or telephone reprogramming of security alarm panel software with one of the thousands of "back door" access code programs that can be ran through your alarm panel using your existing phone line in even if it is "locked out" or if you have lost your user codes.
However, in on a few occasions our conversion attempts will not be able to convert the system into our monitoring center. This may be due to defective software, alarm equipment failure, unbreakable installer codes or or even if your system is simply incomplete.
