A member of our Technical staff will contact you to update software into your alarm system.  In most cases we can download new software in your alarm panel to route your alarm signal directly into our monitoring center.

If your alarm system cannot be downloaded, but you have the arm and disarming codes, then we will send you a Digital Diverter to plug into your alarm system.  Once plugged in, any alarm signal will be routed to our monitoring center.

If you choose to send your alarm signals via I.P.
