Monitoring Over a Phone Line requires the use an existing Local Phone Service.

When your Alarm System is triggered, it dials to our monitoring center using a toll free number. Using a regular phone line allows the alarm system to send detailed alarm signals to the monitoring center, including specialized testing and diagnostic codes.

While the use of a regular phone line to report alarm conditions is most common, many home and business owners are eliminating their rather expensive regular phone line and replacing them with VoIP services.  In some cases, no phone lines are available at the premises and either Broadband (Internet) or Cellular monitoring becomes the options for alarm monitoring.

Our highly skilled Technical Staff is trained to re-program your alarm system right over the phone.  However, in the event your alarm panel cannot be reprogrammed, the addition of our DIGITAL DIVERTER at no additional charge may be needed.

This service requires an existing local phone carrier to route your alarm signal into our 24 hour monitoring center.

When using this service, your phone line is powered from the local phone company allowing for 24 hour monitoring service in the event of a power outage.
